Folks I'm seeing this girl for almost 9 months. We don't have an official relaionship but well lets face I'm on a relationship. She works and studies full time so I see her mostly only on weekends. Today she was talking to me on MSN mentioning she is sad and tired. I asked her if it had something to do with us and she said no. The only "but" was that her mother was puthing pressure on her to know me. Well I was really not on the mood to do that but well lets face I can't hide forever. Reason why I did not want a relationship with full commitment = I'm doing a masters, working 40 hours/week, she is working 40 hour / week and studing having like 30 hours class per week. So I would like to give us both space to have a life. Still if it bothers her it bothers me cause I really think all the space we have is based on trust. What do you suggest to do not make it become an issue? Regards |

I don't think I completely understand the issue. y'all were talking and she was sad because her mom wants to meet you? |

If her mother wants to meet you, don't hide man, there's nothing wrong with it, don't be scared of commitment. I am sure the two of you can find a time to meet the family. Go for it! |

I have the same thing going on. No official exclusivity but all signs are pointing to it. It doesn't make any sense. |
