Quick overview so that it's not too long. I've been with her just over a week now, jumped from one relationship into another pretty much. Today, a good friend of mine texted me asking if I wanted to come out Saturday night, I said sure and went onto Facebook and asked a few other buddies of mine if they were free. My girlfriend then texted me saying "So I find out through Facebook what you're doing Saturday night :')" Now, I wasn't trying to hide it from her or anything like that, I was trying to find out the details so I knew what was planned before mentioning it to her. I'm not inviting her for a specific reason and that's that I'd like to spend some time with my buddies without my girlfriend coming along, I have my own time and she has hers. How can I tell her shes being a little too clingy for my liking? |

Jumping into one relationship after another is usually a recipe for disaster. Also, women will be women. Let them be women. Shes gonna be jealous, clingy, crazy, and a whole lot of other shit. But none of that shit should matter to you. Shes the female, you're the male. You do what you do, and she follows. If she doesnt like it, she can fuck off. 99% of the time she will not fuck off tho. If she really starts going overboard with paranoid/psychotic behaviour, you just next her. All depends how much she means to you of course. |

... A week? That she found out shouldn't be a big deal. Girls are on Facebook often, with nothing to do, and if she's interested in a guy, she's definitely going to check him out online. That she's upset after only knowing you a week is a big deal. I agree with Juan on a number of things, but most girls won't be this obsessed after only a week, and it leads me to suspect one thing: Just based on the way you've described her and the situation, it seems to me that you've been "making promises", or in other words, coming across like you're soul mates or something. When you try to force that deep of a connection that way and a girl believes you, you're always in for trouble. In this case, it seems like this girl should definitely be dropped. |

Hey bro, As much as everyone is usually against this, i say just be open. Open communication is the best key for a successful relationship. If that doesnt work, then you know that shes not the one for you. Ps, just go out of a 4 year relationship, so i know what im talking about, kinda |
