My response: "Yeah, I'm actually descended from an Ethopian tribe, that's why I'm so black too" ~ She giggled. I think it kind my response kind of worked, but negs hit me hard man. Thats what this chick I'm talking to did. You just have to establish that YOU'RE the alpha not her! Do this by negging back and NEG HARD! My girl tried that on me for a while, but you know what the first thing I said to her when we met was? "You're not as hot as I expected." Boom. The tables turned. Now I am the prize, and I remind her of that often. |

you guys complicate this shit. men must be "of action". i learned a technique with my ex. worked perfectly. (lol at the fact that she's my "ex", but anyway...) i call it 'grab the clothes'. bitch insults me, i would just walk to the closet, grab all my clothes on the hangers, and carry them outside to my truck. she would panic every time, lol. |

seems like a common thing in relationships, especially those with younger peoples like myself, 17. everytime my ex did that, as long as she did it in a way that was joky, I would just do a freeze out and not respond. not in a serious "oh im not talking to you" way more of a joky freeze out yourself, but a freeze out none the less, within seconds she will be saying "oh im so sorry im so mean" etc. its just foreplay however if she insults you being serious, you shouldnt need to be told how to react, if she does something that violates your personal boundaries, tell her sternly. if she does it again, you dont need that. of course its always subjective to your situation, hope thats helped bro i know relationships can be pretty stressful

Another side I haven't seen anyone bring up yet: Especially with younger/immature girls, this isn't some sort of dominance trip. They are just really insecure about themselves, and are doing it by trying to bring you down a bit. Don't be phased by it. Compliment her a good deal, especially if you realize you haven't been doing that. Negs are only effective for girls who are confident about themselves. If, even after complimenting her, and making sure her self-esteem is ok, she's still doing it, then it is definitely the dominance deal. |
