I was wondering how do you guys deal with that? How do you help your partners deal with it? Obviously not in a physical way ha. Would you know any routines or just some simple gestures that would make your girlfriend feel any better about herself and get over herself being upset and cranky? Feedback and actual advices would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Sex.

Honestly, it may sound horrible, but as long as you're not going to throw up or faint at the sight of blood, it's worth it. It'll help relieve her pain and make her feel better, plus, period sex tends to be the best sex you can have, for me at least anyway, I really enjoy it.

Obviously she'd have to be up for it, which seems pretty unlikely, but it'll help. Just out a towel down or something haha

Haha i get ur point mate and i do agree with that but im looking for something different, particulary something that would make her feel so much better about herself as shes very sensitive and emotional during t.o.m.

I don't have the time or patience to deal with women's sensitivity or emotional mood swings during this time period. If I'm feeling generous, I will hand her a class of wine and say 'here, hope you feel better'...and be done with it.

It depends on the girl. My GF has her "not feeling the happiest" days but I cheer her up and make her laugh and she feels better. When the blood comes rushing, dont let the girl sit on your lap (while you wear pants) with no panties on. I've had to use the "i spilled tomato sauce (ketchup) on them" line a few times on family and friends.

Otherwise sex is good. If she doesnt want it in the vajayjay because of the mess that will occur maybe she'll be up for chocolate alley (although this mess can be worse, make sure you pre prep)

Chocolate.

Also feed her steak... helps replenish iron and makes her feel less shitty.

Chocolate, yeah :) Dark chocolate and a glass of quality red wine do wonders for your iron and mood. Make her a nice fondue with fruit like bananas and oranges and dark chocolate (like 70% cocoa, not too bitter). And also, if she's cranky, don't take it personally, it's not you it's her. This goes also for the days preceding her period. Vegetarian and preferably vegan diet can totally eliminate PMS and menstrual cramps, but that's a lifestyle choice, so it's not really viable if she's an omnivore.
