I had known this girl for a few months and I really like her. We chat on facebook almost everyday and we went out at night a few times. The other day I finally was able go for the kiss. She rejected it, we talked and we ended uo kissing later that night. We have met a few more times, kissing some more but she says she wants to take it slow to see how it evolves. I'm fine with that. Now I want some advice on what to do to not mess this up. This is my first ever relantionship and I'm still a virgin. |

I see this as a big problem from a psychological point of view. Mack as always has pretty much covered this but you are on the wrong lines of thought. This is the kind of thought that will mess things up. But to answer your question; start by not talking to her on facebook every day. Secondly, be exciting. Be unflappable. Have goals. |

Don't be needy. Don't tell her how you feel, SHOW her how you feel. Don't put up with her bullshit. Don't talk to her every day. Reward her good behavior with affection and attention. Punish her bad behavior with a deficit of affection and attention. Be spontaneous every now and again. Don't be jealous. Don't be paranoid. Have your own dreams, goals, objectives that you are ACTUALLY working toward in life. Be excited about them, share them with her. Don't ask permission to touch her, kiss her, just do it. Escalate. Be unashamed. |
