Me and my girlfriend are keeping our relationship on the download. We went to this place and i made her wait 3 hours, i told her to come with us but she was too tired and told me that before but i totally forgot, i couldn't force her to come in front of my friends because they would've thought things. Now shes angry. Anything i could do to make this situation better? I feel like a right prick right now btw lol |

sorry lol, made that post in a rush. Ok we went to this march, she was waiting for me for 3 hours and told me that she was thinking of going back and doesn't want to carry on walking. I managed to meet up with her and asked her to come with us and she said no, i said ok im going and left. Now i feel really bad about this and i dont know what to do. We're keeping the relationship on the down low, no one knows about us. |

If she was literally sitting/standing there waiting for you for 3 hours and you blew her off like that, yeah, you might want to give her a call and make things right with her. |

You said you're sorry, so you've done your part. Just give her some time alone to cool off and she'll forget about it before you know it. If the shit really hits the fan, find a local flourist and get some flowers delivered to her house/work with a nice card. Flowers are the ultimate "oh shit" move; just be careful you don't overuse them. |

why are you keeping it secret? a secret relationship puts added pressure on both of you, and small things can snowball out of control much faster. was it a mutual decision to keep it secret? maybe you should address the reasons and come up with a better solution to avoid a problem like this happening again. you've apologised, however talking to her about preventing the same or similar thing from happening again in the future may reassure her and show your commitment to the relationship that you didnt show when you made her wait 3 hours for you |
