Hey, Was hoping some of you more experienced guys could give me some advice. I basically was dumped by my gf about 6 months ago, because to be honest I turned into a complete AFC (Got jealous, needy, insecure, had no social life of my own, lost all self confidence, couldn't bear to be without her for too long). However before this it was bliss I was very 'alpha', and it got so good we talked about moving in together, kids the lot. When we split she put me through hell sending me mixed signals and told me some things such as she only had a year to live possibly (dont know how true this was) Anyway, I seen her out last night and she kept looking over. In the past 2-3 months I've upped my game and gone back to the alpha male lifestyle; always busy, always smiling, hot girls around me etc. I just sent her a PM on facebook (as I deleted her number) saying "I think it's about time we talked, don't you?" I'm hoping to meet up with her, but if she agrees to it do I go out and "show her what she's missing" or do I ask her why she said some of the things she did and why she sent the mixed signals etc? Because I really want to know, but at the same time I don't want to shoot my chance of getting back with her. If you could give me any advice I'd be most grateful!! |

I've always found that the best sort of way to handle an ex is with a simple sort of freezeout where you only ignore about 1/3 of the messages she sends you and then the other 2/3 or so you should just act really indifferent. Use one word answers and be really distant when youre talking to her but subtly show her that youre still having a shit ton of fun through indirect means like facebook |
