My best friend who has proposed to his girlfriend yesterday has been cheated on for months... she said yes. Just came home from a party where I heard it and dont know what the fuck to do. Sometimes life sucks, huh? What is wrong with people? fuck sake |

Oh damn...that's a big shitty deal. It's horrible for him but also for you I'm gonna assume that you've already given much thought on which decision to choose: 1) Tell him - you're looking out for him 2) Don't tell him - if he finds out that you knew he would be pissed (though I'm sure that would slightly be unlikely) If no one tells him then that's the worst scenario and is amazingly unfair to him. As him being a friend, let alone best friend, I personally would tell him. Actually this is a pretty mind fucking situation so I wouldn't be fully confident about that. However, the only thing I can suggest is way out pro's and con's, then concretely decide on one decision. If you're not friends/that close to his girlfriend, then telling him would probably be easier for you. If you are though, then the situation is more intricate. Good luck, keep us posted |

How about having a word with the girl? If she comes clean they can sort it out themselves, else you'll be the badguy eitherway. |

Wow. . . Go talk to the girl. Tell her if she really cares about him, she should come clean and just confess everything. He has the right to know. If she refuses, then talk to your guy and tell him yourself. This is anyways what I personally would have done. When you choose to MARRY someone. . . You have made a decision to spend the rest of your life with a partner, who, in your eyes - is perfect. Hiding this from him is not good. He deserves to know the truth about his soon-to-be-wife. |

I was drunk when I posted this so I have oversaid a few things. He is not my bestfriend, he is a good friend. So is the chick we're talking about. There are other guys in our social circle which knows him and her more than I do. I guess I wont say anything, it's up to them. Sad situation anyways. These things really happen |

who cares if he is your "best friend" or not. If she is cheating now, she will cheat later. Save the guy a lot of headache down the road and let him know now. Its the right thing to do. |
