Sometimes your girlfriend does certain things which upset you, but she has no clue OR expects that you did not take it very seriously. In those situations, what is the best thing to do?
Reacting too much wouldn't be the best behavior possible as it leads to drama, which doesn't give a good impression on your partner and upsets you further as it creates more drama and portrays you as insecure (usually).
Not reacting causes a lot of burden on your chest and you feel like taking it off somewhere. While this happens, your mood is off and you're not able to communicate with her freely, causing her to go "anything wrong baby?" You want to tell her and you're resisting. Doesn't feel good.
So.. what's the best way out? Please explain the execution of your idea as well. Thanks
P.s: It's not like disputes are a daily affair in my relationship, but whenever they do take place, I just want to know of the best possible way to resolve them without affecting anyone's status in our relationship.
