Well, I just started dating a girl .. I met her like 3 weeks ago.. yes, I know, short time, we barely know each other.. Ok, here's the thing .. She's getting too excited about the relationship... We're young (She's 18 and I'm 19) and she already introduced me to her mother, and brothers, she invited me to her house on friday and she will cook sushi for me. She asked me when I was going to present her to my mother .. I said I wanted more time to pass by, and she said she already feels like we're going to be together for a lot of time. This kinda caught me off guard, so she's kinda falling in love for me too fast, she already lost her virginity with me. I don't want that to happen, I don't want her to fall in love quick ... because she doesn't know me, I don't know her. I was thinking of being all the opposite to what I am right now... Being an AFC, call her, text her every time, be needy, be insecure, be jealous... Maybe she will tell me its not going somewhere ... Anyways... I hope I got my point across... I think I should slow down, like, be less for her (Which I think would only create more attraction) ... Tips? Has anyone been here? |

I would not do all those things your saying as if she lost her virginity to you, then being all needy will probably only increase her attraction and clingyness. If it was me I'd try and cut loose and stop seeing her as much being more 'busy' but its a hard one! -SoZoS |

When she asks for you to do something very forward in the relationship, eg asking when you were going to present her to your mother. Tell her to take it easy. lol You met her 3 weeks ago, and she seems like those young naive girls looking to recreate what they see in love flicks. Not everything has to be subtle all the time. Sometimes is good for people to recieve honest criticism to keep their feet on the floor. |

This.You met her 3 weeks ago, and she seems like those young naive girls looking to recreate what they see in love flicks. Not everything has to be subtle all the time. Sometimes is good for people to recieve honest criticism to keep their feet on the floor. Just be honest with her |
