Hello all. I've recently had a problem, with, understanding and controlling my feelings! Sometimes, they just hit me. Whenever IM going to see my girl, for example, and she tells me at last time that her parents won't let her go out.. I get this feeling of emptiness inside me, and I start to think all sort of stuff, like she would be going to somewhere else (Even though I know she wouldn't lie to me!) .. How can you deal with feelings.... control them? .. :S |

Honestly, just take a huge, deep breath, and repeat until you are calm. In this state your mind will be more clear. Remember, you are a man. Think things rationally and logically. We are not that good on making decisions when we use our emotions. Talk aloud if you have to. And just fucking get over it. |
