I'm a first time poster but long time follower. To start it off I ran into this girl about 2 weeks ago and we exchanged numbers. We had been friends early on in high school but lost contact. She was excited to hangout and was blowin up my phone until we finally did. The kicker I had no clue she had a kid, even better I'm friends with the dad. They split about a year ago and don"t talk only when they set up dates for him to pick up the child. We chilled at her house twice before actually going on a date. I met the family and all. I'm totally cool with her being a (HOT)mama but I fear for the future. Friends, family, and coworkers all say that I don't need to be in a relationship like that since I'm in college and need to focus on school and not buying diapers. She claims to be over the dad and I fully believe her but it is hard to believe that if the dad one day chose to be a bigger part of the kids life she wouldn't drop me and get back with him. Idk what to do. She doesn't push the kid on me or anything but wants me to know they are a package deal. I have some real feelings for her but don't want to invest in a situation that is bound to fail. Any advice would help. Thanks in advance!!! |

whoa dude i'm in the same situation we met only 4 weeks ago we're still happy on the physical side but idk how long its gonna last. for example i slept over her place the other day and the next morning we were going to go out but never had the opportunity to because she couldn't find anybody to watch over her kid. so eventually i just left and said i'll call later. |

Our physical relationship is amazing. I agree planning things and then not having a babysitter sucks but I have noticed when we do get alone time it is Freaking amazing. Is the baby dad involved in any way? I have yet to come in contact with her's. |
