| Post subject: | Friend Zone |
Hey I'm 23 and have known this girl for about 4 years. Only the last year would I have classed her as a friend though. We have talked pretty much everyday and when we met up we would get on really well flirtacious and so on and would end up kissing or more. Problem being we didn't want to be in a relationship because I know her through her cousin who wouldn't approve. Last month or so I decided I didn't care and wanted to make something of it but it took me till a couple days ago to actually tell her how I really felt and what I wanted. She told me she is talking to a guy which something may happen or may not but at the moment they are just talking. She said at the moment she doesn't have them kind of feelings for me like she used to (even though I slept with her two weeks ago and apparently she did then). After a three hour talk about it all I finished it off with "well thats fine if you feel that way it's probably for the best". Although kinda upset by it I didn't want to show her that. The next day I actually talked to her as if we haden't even had the conversation the night before, very friendly and asking what she had planned for the day etc which she seemed a lil uneasy maybe shocked that I wasen't being cold and distant to be honest. So now we're in that friends zone and I want to know how I should approach this after having this talk. How should I act with her now? Considering I want her to feel for me again. |

MY friend, If you have feelings for this girl and you want her back, then frankly you need to move on and get another girl. Nothing makes a woman more upset or jealous than losing a man that was interested in her. Also, you have to remember that you are now completely available to her so there is no urgency to get with you. Make yourself less available and do a bunch of dating and hooking up. If she asks questions about them, do not talk down about them as if the dates didn't mean anything. ACt as if they where fun and exciting. Eventually she should break down. If all else fails, the best thing is to cut fully away from her and move on. D |
