To me, anyway, the following is a list not only of a perfect GF but a perfect person. Highly intelligent - not necessarily academically or scientifically so, just means she has to be a thoughtful, self-aware person Athletic body type - works out, eats healthily Ambitious (but not a ruthless gold digger) Non-religious - Spiritual is fine, belief in a higher being is fine, but a follower of an institutionalised religion, no way Free thinker An individual - not a crowd follower - not petrified of what other peope will think or say Hard to get - all your canned PUA routines and bullshit have little to no effect Impossible to manipulate - She will call you on your bullshit and can detect a slimy guy a mile away Good intuition Not insecure or neurotic Enough self-confidence to be single (not always tied to a guy, not afraid to do her own thing) Not boastful - boasting just makes the boaster look foolish and un-talented and insecure (unless you're literally godlike, like, say, Ali was) Strong, quiet inner confidence Quietly dignified |

Yeah I agree with all of that. The only one that is debateable is:Highly intelligent - not necessarily academically or scientifically so, just means she has to be a thoughtful, self-aware person Athletic body type - works out, eats healthily Ambitious (but not a ruthless gold digger) Non-religious - Spiritual is fine, belief in a higher being is fine, but a follower of an institutionalised religion, no way Free thinker An individual - not a crowd follower - not petrified of what other peope will think or say Hard to get - all your canned PUA routines and bullshit have little to no effect Impossible to manipulate - She will call you on your bullshit and can detect a slimy guy a mile away Good intuition Not insecure or neurotic Enough self-confidence to be single (not always tied to a guy, not afraid to do her own thing) Not boastful - boasting just makes the boaster look foolish and un-talented and insecure (unless you're literally godlike, like, say, Ali was) Strong, quiet inner confidence Quietly dignified Enough self-confidence to be single (not always tied to a guy, not afraid to do her own thing) Of course noone wats a clingy girlfriend and self-confidence to be single isn't necessarily a bad things, however it can have its bad points in my opinion. A sense of reliance on the boyfriend I reckon can be a healthy thing for a relationship, if she is too much of an individual it could lead to her being a tad more emotionally distant than her boyfriend, thus that notion of "one" isn't omnipresent; which I think it should be. |

Good point. I probably could have phrased it a little better. What I meant was, the girl shouldn't feel the need to jump IMMEDIATELY from one guy to the other - like a monkey grabbing another branch before letting go of the last one. Some girls derive too much of their self-esteem from having a "boyfriend", or at least some guy around who wants her, to validate her attractiveness. |

Myself being such, it just ends up being a competition. I need my career to be number one. I am living in a dream world maybe: but I really want the stay-at-home wife. I used to like dumb girls because I thought they were sexy but I have to agree now and admit the obvious: my woman has to be intelligent. I would add a couple of my preferences too: 1-Loyal - Loyality to me is number one. The girl just has to be committed and able to follow through. 2-Conscientious - she has to be on-time, clean and organized. |

Yeah those two are important too. A loyal girl is almost as a rare as a unicorn these days, unfortunately. |

It's sad that many guys believe that today....and even sadder that they have a valid reason for believing it.
