| Post subject: | How to stay emotionally distant/unaffected in relationship? |
Sometimes i feel fucked up a bit in break up period. I see to share some emotion very natural result if you have emotional connected with someone but the thing is, these shared emotion cuase post break up stressing. The question is how do you avoid this pain kinda shitty emotion? |

Do you think you should have no emotions and not feel bad after a breakup? It's unrealistic unless you have antisocial tendencies.

After many relationships, i think i would not have a healthy exclusive one. Yea you r right guys, you would not stay unaffected probably after a break up I think i should find ltr material and will not.fuck up that this time. |

From experience you get desensitized over time. The more you go through breakups, the more quickly you heal from them. And once you go back from one of those excruciating breakups that make you question the worth of your life, subsequent breakups are gonna seem small contrariety in comparison.

The older you get the easier break ups are. It sucks at first but when you get to the point of where you can see why you are better off you will smile. Sometimes it takes meeting someone new to turn things around. |
