We have been going out for like 3 months and i have done alot for this girl, we also admitted that we love each other, she had big private problems with her family, i helped her i motivated her, and we are together now, i havent f closed yet as we ve had like 3 dates after we got rid of the problems and some LMR occurs, but then on our last date she told me she wants me to know she is seeing her ex once every month, and she interrupted me "before you say anything let me finish" she said she sees him as a friend now and she is also disscssed by what he did to her, and she says she contacts him, as a friend and they have a coffe once a month. She had a 2yr LTR with him, i acted cool and told her its ok if she wants to end our relationship, but she said she wants me not him, i told her i respect her honesty, and i understand that 2 yr long relationship they still contact each other. After this date we went on a coffee with her friend, she was all flattered and complimenting me, then she called me like 5 times for random stuff in the next 3 hours after i went home.

Im still not okay with her seeing her ex because i admitted to her that im loyal, and still i have my value, so i cant risk it because 2 yr long relationship can always lead to friends with benefits. Even though shes attached to me, ill tell her this and next her, if its the only way.

Any ideas ? Or a possible solution to argue and discuss things out with her not to come off as needy ?

There's something odd about a girl WANTING to keep an ex around who treated her poorly (I am assuming you meant to type "disgustingly"). I'm not buying it for even a second, you should be every bit as skeptical. Think about it. If you had an ex who'd treated you piss-poor why would you want them even as a friend, let alone an acquaintance afterward? ESPECIALLY when you're dating someone new. Sounds like there's some attachment still lingering. You've every right to feel unsettled regarding the situation. Your needs for security aren't being met, tell her this and be ready to follow-through on doing what's healthiest for you. This is a pretty big red flag in my book.
