Guys, Just a quick one. How should one behave after a break up? Break-up was girl's initiative, it hurts like sh*t but it's best to let it go and get on with my life. Still, there will be plenty of opportunities to see her (it's almost summer so barbecues, parties etc.) as we are in the same circle of friends... Obviously I do not want to see her, but at the same time I don't want to decline every invitation just because of her as it would make me look weak in her eyes and her friends eyes. Any suggestions how to handle this? |

Date someone from another area. Outside your circle. It’s very beneficial dating someone you do not know and that do not know you. When you date someone from another area, it will be very easy to avoid her without needing to. It will allow you two to concentrate on YOUR future and move out of your funk quicker, thus helping forget about your ex. Do not attend events that you know your ex-girlfriend is likely to attend. No matter how tempting it may seem going to a party or gathering you know she'll be attending, you must avoid all those places you feel your ex girlfriend will be attending especially within the first three months since your break up. Your friends will understand. There will be some situations that you won’t have a choice to see her, or some places you aren’t able to avoid her. When this happens do not make eye contact, just be polite. Don't make any deliberate act to engage her you do not want to revive anything at this point. |

Is this the same chick that was embarrassed to even be seen with you in public?!?! No worries she'll avoid you like Donald Trump answering a question. Hopefully other readers will benefit. I picture you going to the BBQ to cry in the potato salad, while she's up in the spare bedroom with her ankles behind her ears, getting her ass pounded purple by the host. Just move on Bro. She wasn't "The One." |

move on to the next girl, meanwhile do whatever you need to do to move your thoughts away from her,it"s hard but not impossible,go out, have fun, start training something,do things you like, meet someone new and start dating other girls, she will fade away with time, she was nothing special, you on the other had are,and she doesn't have anything that any other girls doesn"t |

Don't make such a big deal out of something that's not a big deal in the first place. |
