I've been dating a girl, but the thing is that she doesnt want to show affection in public. She's afraid that her ex boyfriend finds out. Wtf should i do?
Btw, they broke up 2 months ago and i know that he tried to get her back and she didnt want and im sure about it, we have a lot of common friends

Speak up man..

" Hey, if we have to hide, I don't see the point in us being officially together. When your'e completely over your ex and the opinions of others we can give this another shot. But for now I can't restrict myself, because it doesn't seem like you're fully ready. We should both see other people, until we make up our minds."

Do you want it enough to downgrade the relationship? Because if you use a variation of the statement above, you have to be willing to deal with whatever decision she makes.

If not.. Just deal with it for now, be patient, show her support, attention, and love, and maybe things get better.

I've always been the type to speak up, but you can take the patient supportive route, Just don't continue to allow yourself to remain unhappy for some romantic fantasy you have in your head or for some attachment.

If your boss says he can't give you a raise you believe you're deserving of because the company can't afford it right now, you have to decide whether or not you're going to wait it out or leave. Is the raise currently more important than the job or no? And there are other offers out there if it isn't.

Please take into consideration that your worth as an employee is entirely based on your value and how aware you are of it.

If said boss knows you'll stick around regardless of whether or not you're getting a raise, you won't be getting it any time soon.

You gotta be willing to walk away, and she has to know that you're in demand.
