PUA Forum :: Should I delete her pics

Just broke up with my girlfriend. I wasn't happy with her before. And we've broken up before because I wasn't happy, but after a period of time I missed her. Wtf? Is it normal to miss someone after a break up with hardly any contact? Prior to that we spoke 24-7.

So because I missed her we got back together,but then I became unhappy again so just broke up with her. I am going to stick to it this time. Do I delete all the pics of us/her saved on my phone? Or anything that reminds me of her?

I deleted her from social networks because I don't want to fall in the trap of us communicating again, then being in a relationship again...cuz it will just end, again.

I deleted her from social networks because I don't want to fall in the trap of us communicating again, then being in a relationship again...cuz it will just end, again. it's only human for you to miss your ex-gf whenever you feel lonely. so having her pics on your phone will only make it easier for you to fall back into that trap. hence, i'd suggest you delete them off your phone - though keep them on your laptop or hard drive to honor the good memories you made with her. but just don't make it easy for you to check them out while you're going through this period. same applies to social media really. i'd block her altogether, so neither one of you is tempted to initiate contact. last but not least, is to block her out of your thoughts consciously. whenever you think of her, stop and focus on something else. not easy, depending on how good the relationship was... good luck, bud!

Be strong and move on. Keep the photos, just archive them somewhere. You will be glad you have them in 20 years when you can reminiss about your life a little. You will be amazed by life changes since those days.
