You will have to talk to her. Simple as that.

From my experience, your fling or in her eye's your relationship will end. Taking her virginity doesn't help the overall dynamic either.

Not the answer you're looking for but very realistic. You might get lucky if she is obsessed with you but your casual relationship will be one sided. For example, she will be a 'fuck buddy' that goes crazy if you hook up with other girls.

Honesty (in this case, up front honesty) is the way to go.

Semi-honest anyway... She sounds nice, you just don't want to date her: You thought you were ready for a relationship but you'd really like to take it slow.
