Also what does she mean by "sex with someone she loves"? Did she explain what criteria must be met, before she decides a guy "loves" her? If "someone she loves" is the best she can come up with, then she's going to end up giving it up to someone like you because her criteria are not well-defined.

She's interested in screwing, but she's probably a virgin that doesn't want to come off slutty. So she's trying to show you she's not easy. It's new to her so look at it through that lens. She's inexperienced, possibly alittle scared.

My advise, Take her along step by step, give her some great oral, set up a situation where she's spending the night at your place and is expecting oral sex and escalate from there. Drop lines like "I love how open you are with me" to give her the impression that you have an incredible connection with her.

If she still doesn't seem interested, you could try getting into oral action and telling her that you have to stop, you're just getting to horny "Damn, I'm too horny for this, we should stop" but don't actually stop, keep going. Might give her a little push for more.
