Hi, Sometimes I think about what should I do when someone is trying to flip my approval seeking switch? I do it on girls sometimes and I get results. But, what should we do if someone tries to do the same on me? What do You do in such situation? |

Ignore it, you don't need her approval. That makes you higher value and more attractive. |

Happened to me today at work.. I was in a meeting with my manager and he triggered the approval seeking triggers in me and I ended up over committing and feeling shitty on the drive back home.. I hope ignoring these triggers gets easier with awareness & practice. |
