hey guys

So i have a gf of 8 months. i like her and everything is good with her so far. However i am having massive issue with her parents. heres the short background on her parents

Her dad cheated on her mum with another women. So gf has a stepmum and 3 step brothers. The dad is pussy whipped. the step mum rules the roost along with her dick kids. I went to thier house several times and they are very rude in how they treat their guests. First of all they never cook. They only cook for themselves and even then only the dad cooks. This means me n my gf cook for ourselevs which is very wierd and so rude as i am a guest. They are very pretencious and only ask questions and stuff to seem like the perfec family. Realistically i dont see me being with my GF on the long run if this is what family life is like. SHould i really consider leaving her cos of this as i am getting the feeling i should . My family values are complelty differnet to hers. MY GF will fit in but her parents are veryy rude and it sucks.

Wait, her parents are bad hosts and do not cook for you so you want to break up with a LTR?

I will admit, at times my GF's family and I do not get along. I do disagree with them a lot. But, at the end of the day, I do not care what they think. My GF will stick with me, I am sure of it. And over time, they have come to accept me and act a bit nicer. But expecting them to treat you like a guest is a bit much. You are not a guest, you are 'one of the family' who they did not choose. If dad does all the work, then you can't expect them to help you out. It is how they are. As long as you set the boundary with your GF that you will not live that way, you should be able to stop her from acting that way in a relationship and in the future.
