Been going out with this girl for a few months now, been going really good, i'v always got more power, she tells me she loves me etc... she loves coming round all the time etc... we get on well have a laugh... College is nearly over, so means we are splitting up soon, i want it to end well though. Anyway, got fucked off my face last night, she was out with her friends, who are friends with her ex. Anyway, iv been a bit of a dick and just wanted other girls, so in a drunk state was just pissed off at her, i hate going out as im so used to sarging, its shit without doing it. Anyway, i told her before the end i was going and wanted her to come but she said she was staying with her friend, who was with her bf and her ex, so i didnt feel too comfitable in my drunk state, and basically told her that i couldn't be fucked, and that it was over, and basically had a go at her saying that would it be ok for me to stay with my friend if my ex was there... i didnt see the point, but then again i know shes not into him. Acting like a jealous prick, i was so drunk i just flipped at her, this morning, i just pretended that i didnt remember a thing at all, she told me, and i acted as though i didnt care if she went off with her friend etc... She's in a mood with me now, she still wanted me to stay and shes coming over tonight, but I need to change this mood, any suggestions? I'v basically laid down that I am a BETA piece of shit, when i had such a strong frame. |

Who cares mate, all you did was say you werent happy with her hanging out with her ex when you were drunk. You could have handled it with a bit more tact but its done now so just continue being alpha. |

You were drunk. Don't worry about it. Being "alpha" isn't about being rock solid all the time, even alphas make mistakes. The difference is recognizing the mistake and apologizing. If she brings it up discuss it, if not, just hang out like you usually was and act like nothing happened. You're good. Don't overthink it. |
