So I'm sure this has been discussed before but I couldn't find anything in a search. After dating someone for a couple months, I always have a big dip in sex drive. I've been dating a girl for about a month now (great body, very sexy, great in bed) but last night I could tell it was hard to maintain an erection. And of course, the more you think about it, the worse it gets. I've tried going with the flow, thinking about other things, just being in the moment but doesn't always help. I'm concerned that I'll lose this girl because she's awesome and sexy all in one. We mix it up and have sex maybe 1-2x a week so nothing huge. Just feels like I'm getting complacent or settling in and that's something I don't want to do. Also concerned because it's only 1 month in. I'm getting blood work done to make sure it's nothing physical but I doubt it is...all mental/emotional. Again, I'm sure this has been discussed before so I'd appreciate any insight. |

TWO WORDS: C*CK RING Here is a perfect article for you! http://www.manofvigor.com/body/why-you- ... -cockring/ Get a c ring. Tie your lover to the bed with some soft neck ties or soft bondage rope and tease the shit out of her for like 30 minutes. Get her creaming and screaming for you! Then put on a c ring and beat that shit up! M.E.G.A. |

Diet man. Its a testosterone thing. I don't know if you're aware but the shit in our processed food turns testosterone to estrogen. Also, if you watch porn STOP and if you masturbate STOP. Also look up the benefits of cold showers and start taking them. |

Could be anything but I do suffer from a similar dip. About 4-6 months in I start getting bored, stuff starts to get routine including sex. Getting her into bed isn't a challenge, "want a shag?" isn't much of a head-fuck, comfort starts replacing excitement. Physical attraction isn't everything. As for "aids" you can use, try maca root. I've been doing one cap a day for a couple of months, big difference. |

Mega - I'll look up the CR and see if there's anything to it. Wouldn't that affect my orgasm and how she feels? Eddie - I've looked into testosterone but last time I had this problem my T levels were fine. I also did the no fap for several days and didn't affect me really. Lizard - I'll look into Maca root...any others you'd recommend? Natural of course. Thanks to you all |

My orgasms went from about 10 seconds to 45! C rings make you rock hard (she will obviously love that!) and you will definitely stay hard for longer too! My bedroom confidence has improved a lot more too. When you're ready to turn it up even more, get a vibrating C ring and watch her turn into an absolute freak on top of you! DON'T FORGET THE FOREPLAY THOUGH! Very generous foreplay really sets the stage for her to have an ATOMIC orgasm/orgasms! Before you go putting things in your body, (no disrespect to opposing opinions) try a couple different sizes of simple silicone C rings for about $10 a piece. Use them solo first to find your preference, then use them on her and report back with results. Just read the article man, it will tell you 99% of what you need to know about C rings and it will probably be the best 5 minutes you have ever invested in your sex life! I agree with Eddie F., dieting and especially looking after your heart health will do nothing but good for your bedroom experiences. Cardio workouts are great for fat burning and building endurance! M.E.G.A. P.S. I learned a good factoid that we should ALL keep in our back pocket. I linked an article below that indicates that people who masturbate super heavily or use hardcore narcotics long enough can ACTUALLY wear out their dopamine receptors. The dopamine receptors are then less effective at doing their job, WHICH INCLUDES TELLING OUR BODIES HOW GREAT AN ORGASM FEELS! Here's the c ring article again: http://www.manofvigor.com/body/why-you- ... -cockring/ Here is the dopamine article: http://protomag.com/assets/the-addicted-brain |

I know someone who alternates month by month with maca root one month then horny goat weed the next. HGW is expensive though. I've tried it in the past, I found myself fantasising about sex all the time after a couple of weeks on it. Other people think it is a placebo.I also take saw palmetto which has an effect on testosterone levels. I don't know if it does anything for sex, I took it as there was some suggestion it might help with hair loss (similar to finasteride) and it's worked for that. Some say it improves sexual function, some say reduces it. If you start using it then have a step back when you have a piss... like a fire hose... I take cod liver oil, saw palmetto, maca root and zinc every day. All of them have an affect on circulation and hormone levels. I've used levitra "recreationally", say for making the most of a night in a good hotel or for times when there was just no chance at all (too much alcohol, food, coke, whatever). You're right about going natural, levitra is mild but it still makes you go forever. It just reaches the point where it's no fun any more. It just feels weird, like those condoms with lidocaine in the tip. I keep a 6 pack at home, it's good fun sometimes but I'd hate to be in a position to need it. I've never used a cock ring but was with a girl once who "improvised" using a piece of thick silk cord. It really is a pretty amazing feeling. |

Mega- I read the article last night, just seems like a CR is kind of cheating in a way. I dunno...I'll look into it more. I just want to fix the root of the problem and not use a crutch. I've read about the dopamine levels and no fapping journals here so I'd like to explore that option. It's weird because if it's a girl I've been with for awhile, it's hard to maintain it...but if a new girl comes along then bam I'm insta-hard. Need to research. Lizard - I'm taking B12, fish oil and red yeast rice for cholesterol/circulation so maybe I'll look into your options. Between work and the gym I'm always drained of energy so that might be another reason also. I was hoping that the 3x gym sessions would boost my T levels but will have to wait for blood tests to find out. |
