| Post subject: | best way to break up but keep her as a friend??? |
Hey guys. Ive been with my girl for a about 8 months now. However she is just not for me. I am sick of breaking up with girls and never hearing from them again. I want to keep them around as friends that I hang out with on occasion and demonstrate value to new girls with. My current gf is in love with me so I dont know how to make her fall out of love with me and still retain a friendship after we break it off. Any pua pros out could give me some tips for a successful break up? |

no useful advice from me, that is more like a joke, but maybe this would work: what if a guy deliberately became total beta out-of the-blue? Would really be interested to see if this would work Once my GF pissed me off because of complaining about me being not caring/lovely/sweet/beta enough. I did so, according to her wish. Of course, I have overdone it x100,acting total wuss for 3-4 hours IIRC. She got nuts nearly after 1 hour I was licking her ass, of course I made it clear that it was not natural as it was pretty ridiculous. So she never asked me to be sweet to her after that. not that i am very alpha normally but... |

I already tried that. I deliberatly started acting very insecure to push her away but all it did was make her resent me and make her hate me all together. Which would surely end the relationship soon but end it with her not wanting anything to do with me as well. Hopefully there are some puas out there who know the key to ending the relationship but retaining a friendship. |

Oh for God's sake. How old are you? I don't like bashing on forum members but enough is enough... People are playing stupid games to get into girls pants all the time. Which I don't really like, but okay, whatever.... People are playing stupid games to keep the upper hand in relationships and it's making me mad because this type of bad communication fucks up most of the relationships, and it is also the main cause of why friends after break-up doesn't work out usually. But now people are actually trying to play stupid games when breaking up to keep their girlfriends useful as DHV for other women? Yeah, I'm just going to puke now. *pukes* If you HONESTLY want her friendship, not just to have better chances with other women then why the fuck don't you say that? What you are doing now is emotional torture. She loves you and you are trying to click the correct buttons on her for this to change. I'm absolutely lost for words here. WHY? Why keep pretending when you no longer love her? Nothing will make her consider remaining friends more than acting like a real man, telling her upfront that you don't think this relationship has a future, and you don't want to waste her time giving her false hopes. If she can't accept that then she is not the kind of person I'd want to be friends with in the first place... |

This, leading her on, and waiting for her to do it is like waiting for a boat at the airport. It's called "Manning up!" |

Okay well thanks for the input. Apparently i'll have to do just that and man up. I have to say though I broke up with her for a week in the past and didnt talk to her at all but she was destine to get me back so I gave her another chance. Now she is head over heels for me but I want to be with oyher girls. Im basically asking othrr guys out there if they are good at retaining x girlfriends as friends. This situation is tough because she is in love with me. |

So basically you want to keep these girls as friends to show that you are worth it to new girls. Get a life you needy cunt. You are just using them to GET girls so don't try and pretend you're a really nice guy. You're not. Fucking loser. Grow a fucking spine and go it alone instead of using these girls as some kind of fucking crutch so that you can get laid. You are a horrible fucking individual. I'm with In$tinct on this one. And do8 you are not an alpha male but an utter dickhead. |

Digital Spy means well. I'm in a similar situation but its more of a long distance problem than me wanting to be with her. It's painful wanting to get laid but not being able to do anything about it when you're with someone who lives in North Dakota when you're in Oregon. |

The best way too break up and keep her as a friend is to treat her like a dude. Call her bro, dude, man, etc. Act like she's a man. |

I'm friends with all my ex's. Here's how I do it. I just start to slowly pull away. Spend less time at there place. More time with my buddies. Less texting. I just start to put more time and distance away from the relationship. Eventually they get sick of it and move on. Any where from 2 months to 6 months. I'm not sure of the psychology behind it. Note- It usually takes a few months and then they contact me and we remain friends. Some want to keep contact all the way through. |
