To keep it short my gf of 5 years got upset because I refused to delete some music videos she didn't like from my phone. She used to be fit (go-go dancer) and down with having threesomes with other girls. But now she gained some weight and is really insecure, to the point where even slutty music videos bother her. I told her ever since she got fat she's been really controlling and insecure. She started crying and said she can't stand being hurt anymore and wants it to be over. Although I don't think she's serious. She typically says that when she doesn't get her way and I typically cave. To make things more complicated we're engaged and she's been pushing to get married. We were planning on moving in together. And I just found out I have to move out of my current place in 4 weeks, so I don't have a lot of time. I haven't talked to her in 3 days and I'm not sure how to proceed. |

Music videos? Really? She sounds controlling and bat shit crazy dude. They're fucking music videos. You gotta deal with that shit now... before you move in and certainly before getting married. I should of pointed or that she actually isn't fat, she just thinks she is in her head. She's maybe 10lbs over what she used to be when she danced at night clubs. Overall she's pretty hot. I guess I'm just looking for a way to proper resolve this and not come of as a wuss. Not really sure how to start the dialog either. |

10 Lbs is not that big of deal, women...and men tend to put on a little blubber when they get "comfortable". If she suddenly got back to super mondo trim status, changing up her wardrobe, and becoming distant at the same time, you'd be counting your days back to the single life. Something doesn't add up here. 10lbs is not the difference between being slim and fat. Don't get married dude, it will ruin your life if it's with a girl this controlling. Her behaviour is mental illness terrority. Run away, now, as fast as you possibly can. She will double in size if you delete the videos and go ahead with the wedding. |
