Hi Guys, I have been seeing this girl for a couple of months, we talk everyday and we have developed a really strong connection. We have spoken about feelings, love( we love each other), kids everything... The only issue is she has a boyfriend of 3 years. She recently asked him for space and told him about us, after that she decided she wanted to give the relationship one last shot and told me she couldn't talk to me for a couple of weeks. Anyway that latest a couple of days and then she started messaging me again. We have been talking a lot again and been on a couple of dates since then - and slept together. Basically where we are at now is she has asked her boyfriend again for space from the relationship for a month to see how she feels.... and obviously give me a shot to see if it would work and if she can be away from him... My question is - How do I approach this month... Obviously the key is to ensure she doesn't miss her boyfriend... what would you do in this situation? |

She's gonig to miss him if the relationship was worth anything at all. And it was, otherwise she never would have gone back. She's effectively dating both of you, playing you both, to see who will win. All you have to do to win this one is not be jealous or possessive. Chances are good the other guy isn't thrilled that he's in this position, and he's likely upping his game because he was too lazy while he was with her. That reminds her what he can be, and makes her want to go back or not leave what she has. Basically, make the most of your time with her. But realize that if she wasn't single when you started fucking her, if you get burned because she goes back with him, it's your fault, not hers. |
