To start off I'm a very needy bf. how can I lower my intent and raise my freedom from outcome? When I meditate before I see or talk to her over the phone or visualize other women that I've had positive interactions with or think of as just a friend we interact pretty successfully but she constantly pushes me away bc we've talked about getting married and named out children....she feeds my neediness and lowers my confidence. How do I become more free in my relationship besides talking to and fuckin other women. I'm working on my self esteem and indide nice issues now.
