In an LDOR with a HB7 and I'm always alpha... that's why this girl choose to be with me. She is really really into my confidence that's what first attracted her to me. A Hb 10 girl put up a photo of me on fb with her. then my gf took down her profiler and cover photo of me from her fb and tagged a photo of her with her ex (to make me jealous) I called her but played it cool but near the end went beta and asked why she took down the photo's..was it because of the other girl which she lied about. After that call she put back up the photos of me and untagged the photo I then contacted her later to say I don't like falling out with you and we talk for 2 hrs First time I went beta....what can I do to recover ....or was this as bad as I think? |

I think you are ovethinking it my friend. The way I see, she came out looking much worse than you did. Your picture with the HB10 had no intent from your side (I am assuming). While her picture was a pure act of playing mind games and immature behaviour. You should actually be more upset with her than you are with yourself. Talking with her about it was not beta, you were being straightforward about what is bothering you, and you got to explain to her that you didnt mean anything by your picture (I am assuming you did explain yourself). But I would have gave her more shit for her behaviour if I was you, and been less apologetic because you didnt mean to make her feel this way, and she could have asked you for an explanation before acting like a complete bitch... |

I think all this pua shit is confusing you more than helping you. I say whatever i want to girls and if you cant talk to her about things and always act like you're some never jealous douche bag that makes you a prick wann e alpha beta. Its okay to be jealous every now and then |

Yeah, I think it's how you communicate jealousy. We all feel it, but only some people let it consume them. Talk about it in an adult way. In my opinion, I think you can calmly tell a girl that you get jealous sometimes without being "beta."

Her need for security wasn't being met, and she's likely already feeling shame for her behavior, no sense rubbing things in her face. Instead figure out what will make her feel more secure (ask her actually) and she'll open up to you, guaranteed. |
