I'm 18 and my current gf is 16. We've been dating for almost a year and officialy together for almost 8 months. She's hot, smart intelligent and really cool for her age. The thing is, that on december 2nd, i have to take the PSU test (which is like the SAT of chile) I'm nervous as shit and I treat her really bad sometimes because of my nervousness, plus, she's having a rough time with her family (since she started taking the pill, her parents and sister have become a complete bunch of assholes with her and with me) so we fight a lot out of nowhere... I told her we should take a time off, and we did. We haven't talked in a week, and won't talk until this thursday. This week off has given me a lot to think of. First of all, I'm asking what to do in this site. I got into game 2 years ago and I know what I'm capable of. I know she's not the only woman i will feel this way about. I could be with a lot of girls right now but i'm not, cause im with her. That's the first point. if we break up, i could get back on the horse. second, if we break up, i'll have more time to study, which would be really useful. Third, she's going to switzerland in january, so this is going to be a LDR and i don't think i would be able to do that again. Plus, we're planing on going to different beaches here in chile with some friends, and i would be lying if i said that i won't take advantage of that time. Should I break up? all the info above replies what's obvious, BUT, i'm scared that if i break up with her, it might throw me off the curve during the test, and have a low score... my performance get really affected by my mood, unfortunately... so, what would you do? |

The negatives of staying with her outweigh the positives IMO and youre so young, enjoy your youth and dont let one girl hold you back. |

I'd say break up with her at your convenience. You already know the answer. LDR's are total shit, but keep in touch with her as a friend. |
