My gf broke up with me because of the massive distant between our universities. I realise now that I want her back, and that I'm not very good at moving on. I'm desperate to text her 'Hey babe, how about we give it another go?'. I'm pretty sure this will just result in me getting told no and therefore hurt again. What do I do? I need to forget about her!! |

You need to move on and forget about her. Don't discount what a good guy you are by trying to convince her of that. Anyone that doesn't know you are worth keeping isn't worth pursuing. But if there is something about yourself they pointed out and you really want to work on that aspect of your life do it for you not her. I have a girlfriend moving out now I dated for years. sure its upsetting but it wasn't working and I was unhappy more than I was happy. Gotta be strong brother. there's others out there |

Delete everything in which you could use to get to her (her phone number, delete her from all social media sites). Then pick up a hobby, weight lifting is a good one, helps you focus on yourself and improves your self esteem. Last but not least start going at different girls, the more the better, it will help get her off of your mind. Remember to go no contact at all costs, I know its hard but its for the best, good luck.

Fuck that, go out and fuck ten women. Even kiss them, whatever. Create multiple connections so you spread your emotions out and don't hook them all into one source. Even go out with the intent of making new female friends. Remember this is good, you can befriend them and then fuck their friends. |
