You just need to be more relaxed with the situation. If it happens again, then go down on her for awhile until you get your head straight. Do what you would normally do to jack off and enlist her help (it's not very different than watching porn. However, in this case the porn can reach out and touch you). Spend a lot of time on foreplay (making out, etc.). Maybe get her to give you a massage. Just my 2 cents. -Wolf |

Don't jack off as much, you might be desensitizing your dick. Eat healthier- nuts, fruits, vegetables, and lean protein will do wonders for you in the long run. I am pretty sure every guy has had this problem at some point. It's normal, maybe the girl didn't know what she was doing, maybe you jerked off a bunch before she came over, maybe you were tired, maybe you have performance anxiety. Don't worry about it so much next time. |

Stop watching porn, and keep the masturbation to a minimum. (once maybe twice a week) Your sex drive will shoot up, and it will be easier to get aroused around women. |
