Post subject:  Dating Co-Workers

I have firmly believed in "not eating off your own pier" or "s**ting where you eat" but I am very interested n this new girl, she's been there since the summer, I've opened her up and talked to her several times. Now, I got her hanging out with a lot of co-workers together. This is where it's starting to go south, she told me "this convo is making me tired" and "it's annoying that you ask the same question twice". Can I recover from this? We went out, I ended up talking to several people at the bar who happened to be females, very attractive. My female friend came and got me, since the girl I'm interested in was asking where I was. After we went to our place with friends. We played her favorite card game, I lost terribly and don't handle losing very well because she was so good, this was a group of us playing, I was AFC. She told me, I should practice more with my friend (IOD), and I said we should play sometime again, she said okay I don't know when. I've received multiple IOD (looking away, telling me the convo is making her tired, mentioning she likes really tall guys, and little interest in us hanging out). My co-worker (2 females) think I should stop the small talk and ask her out to dinner. I don't see the IOIs but a lot of IODs, I generally don't feel she's into me. Thoughts? Next move, can I recover?

You need to back off her a lil by the sounds of it and if she is interested she will come chasing you, if she isn't then she wont and you haven't wasted anymore of your time, a win win

I wouldn't text her or anything again until she does you and see what other women are about

rules are made to be broken.

it adds to the romance.

but seems you are too focused on trying to talk to her and be her best friend instead of seducing her. (which is what all women want by the fucking way)

also your mindset is clearly leading to failure .. "i generally dont feel shes into me". L O L with this mentality you are doomed.
