You need to talk openly to her about what you both want. She sounds more like a FWB than anything else. Make sure she knows what you want. Here it is pretty important to qualify her.

If she wants a serious relationship with you, and you don't... Well you might as well continue with being FWB, but be sure to see other women too. Don't just get stuck with her. Get busy.

If she wants a serious relationship with you, and you do... Well then you are in luck.

If she wants to stay FWB and you don't... Well. That's shit. Meet her level of commitment. Stay FWB and see other women too.

If she wants to stay FWB and you do... Well. That's good. Stay FWB and see other women too.

I'm pretty serious. If you want a healthy, good relationship with her, be honest and open about what you both want. Very important.
