So today I saw a message to my girlfriend from her ex and I read their conversation because it seemed suspicious. I then found out they texted everyday in flirtatious ways she calls him baby and says I love you to him l. So I told her and broke up with her. But she keeps on insisting she has no feelings for him and are friends and cried so hard as I left. But I kept my cool told her how much I loved her but left. She wants to talk and calls and so far I have responded but making it clear. So should I completely get rid of her or just be normal but not together? |

My natural inclination is to pour gasoline on bridges and light them on fire. Secretly, it feels slightly good when you watch it go down in flames. But my natural inclination is wrong and things work out much better if you don't go burning down bridges. As it ends up, the flame tends to burn you in the process. |

+1 for ending it. You don't have to burn any bridges - I know it seems like it would make you feel better right now, but you'll be way more proud a few months from now if you take the high road. I promise. |

So just answer her calls and everything but leave what I ended the way it is?

I bet if the op said to her..."ok let's have a break for a month and have no contact. If you truly love me then try and contact me after a month! It's the only way I'll believe you" I'd guarantee she would be exclusive with her ex within 2 weeks! She's crying because she knows she hurt you and she feels bad about it! She wants to make herself feel better |

Cut her off the list. Don't believe what your mind is telling you about her being truthful. No rules, no procedures. Just.. nike. |

Just go no contact and act like she is dead to you. When you read that shit you were hurt to, she does not deserve your time nor breath. She will throw some tests to you but stay strong! Tests could be telling friends you just don't contact her anymore without giving the real reason or getting mad at you for different shit such as: "Remember that time at the bar where you were hitting on that girl and i forgave you'. She will go through some phases but just don't take the bait. Good luck with this, you did the right thing! |

Man, you're a PA, an Alpha man, how could you accept the fact she is flirting wth smby else? But she keeps on insisting she has no feelings for him and are friends and cried so hard as I left. But I kept my cool told her how much I loved her but left. She wants to talk and calls and so far I have responded but making it clear. So should I completely get rid of her or just be normal but not together? I know it hurts, you probably have feeling for her, but come on, we are talking about your pride. The fact she's talking with her ex is the proof she aint afaid of loosing you. |
