Hello all,

I'm with my girl of 3 months shes a really awesome girl. But I've started to notice that she has lots of mood swings which results in us fighting all the time. How do you deal with girls that havots of mood swings ? Is there anyway to train thatis poor behaviour put of her ?

Thanks

You say to her 'I'm sick of your mood swings I've done nothing wrong and I don't have the patience anymore'

Then go find someone else, if she's like this now it won't work

After growing up with my sister (who's now 30) I can tell you that some girls are just moody. It's part of their personality. She was like that as a child and she's like that as an adult. It's NOTHING to do with what your doing wrong or right. She can be the best sister then 1 min later be a nightmare.

All of this "you must be doing something wrong" stuff is pure bollocks.

When I've encountered moody gfs I use the techniques I used to do for my sis. I just say "when the nice person i know comes back, then ill talk" then walk out and leave.

DONT argue the bit out with her and I guarantee you'll get a sheepish apologetic text

This advice is good. The advice would be great if it was a little nicer. And the niceness would come from empathizing and acting compassionately, not blatantly dismissing someone's emotions and/or reactions. But in the heat of the moment, it's hard to remain calm like a Zen master -- so the above is a good cop out ha ha
Ohh yea you gotta say it in a quiet disappointed tone. As if your a bit let down and fed up that your awesome happy frame has been broken.

It took me a while to learn not to stick around!

If you find yourself having to do this a few times there is a killer blow statement that I reserve for times when I really get annoyed...It's simply;

"What happened to you? You used to be nice" Again say it kinda sad and disheartened then leave!

It's like a ninja kick to the female mood glands lol!

Every time I've used it I've had either that night or a day later the biggest text of apologies and wanting to take me out for a nice night!

Disclaimer, use these if she's a moody bitch and uses the moods to get attention or her own way! Don't use them if she's moody because her dog has passed away because then you just need to take a night or two of grumpyness! Take her out somewhere nice

Most women go through mood swings due to hormonal fluctuation and the like but tend to grow out of them when they get older, the best bet is not to feed any energy into the negative moods and just get the hell out- go to the park and feed the ducks or something.

The exception however is the bipolar girl, drop these like a hot brick, there is nothing you can do. My first ever HB10 was bipolar and one of the biggest regrets of my life.
