Guys. I need your opinion. I can't tell if my gf is being a princess or if she's actually got a point. One of my tendencies is once I get comfortable with a girl and know she's mine, I quit making straight up dates. In my mind, we should be able to do nothing and enjoy ourselves. My girlfriend recently voiced her frustration with me that I never make plans, and that she is always the one coming up with things. She says she does not want to be the one to be 'Type A' and that I've got to come up with stuff. She leads a very busy life, and I admit I gave up on trying to schedule shit with her, even though we end up seeing each other 3+ times a week. Do you think I dropped the ball, or is she high maintenance? |

You drop the ball. Start making decisions. If you dont set up things what do you expect. |

This was a lesson that a learned a while back. I had been seeing this girl for like 10 months, and I got too comfortable to where we never went out and did anything. Then one day she just came out and said it: "I want to do stuff." Point of the story: Take her out so that you don't look like a slob who never wants to do anything. If you are invested in the relationship then it shouldn't be a problem for you. If it is a problem, then dump her, get an xbox, and enjoy sitting on your couch by yourself while she goes out and has fun. |
