| Post subject: | Frame for girlfriend |
What is the frame/mindset we should have when interacting with a girlfriend? For the different people in our lives friends, parents, bosses, teachers, co workers, we all have different mindsets and frames that we have for them when interacting. But what is the overall mindset you should have with your girlfriend? I have heard from some it should be just friend/best friend but I don't see this working and think it would kill sexual attraction. I agree it should be similar to friend but how should it be different? I have also heard it is a good frame to pretent she is your daughter and you are the protective father. Thoughts?? Thanks everyone. |

tell yourself I'm a fun playful guy, but I don't shit from anyone, thats quite a quick and simple frame! Listen to the song girls just wanna have fun, you can have your game complelty messed up but if you can make a girl GENUINELY laugh and have fun with you its hard for her not to be attracted to you! |

ok... I've never heard the one where you should pretend she is your daughter. If you think pretending she's your best friend would kill the sexual tension then I would hope the daughter thing would do much worse... The mindset I've had is to be honest, myself and not hold anything back. She has to like me for who I am. If they can do that then normally they do turn into your best friend... But this one you just get to bang regularly. You try to be someone else and your going to have major issues down the road when she finds out you were a fraud in the beginning. |

Thanks guys. "Girls just want to have fun" Is a great song to listen to the message. Waty 19: Haha I know that thinking of her as a daughter is sick if you take it literally. I mean that some of the qualities such as protector, punishing her/rewarding her, and looking out for her best interest and being mature are good qualities. Being yourself is definitely good advice I feel. The only problem is that I know that I AM BETA / NOT alpha or dominant by nature. So when I am myself, I am kind of naturally an unattractive guy, I may be a wimp at heart haha. I know being dominant is attractive so I try but it is a try because it does not come naturally to me. |

I know what you mean. I'm not Alpha by nature. 99% of us aren't either... But she doesn't have to know that. The one thing I can say that's helped me the most is be sure what you say. When your engaging in a conversation believe in what your saying. I don't care if its complete BS but if you sound certain about what your talking about she's going to precieve your a confident person.Waty 19: Haha I know that thinking of her as a daughter is sick if you take it literally. As for a relationship mindset. When you get to that part you want to be part of her life. The activities she enjoys you want to be part of, when she has issues you want to be the go to mentor, when she's feeling low you want to bring her up. You don't have to like everything she does but you have to have interest in it. Now that being said you should have your own life and introduce new things into hers. You both should learn from each other, grow with each other and respect each other. That's how successful relationships are built and maintained. |
