Obviously you have your girls out there who are more special than others, but I just wander if any of you agree that getting over an ex is more about you than them?.. I finished a long term relationship a few years ago and was fine about it as I knew she wasnt for me. When I feel down about myself and feel a lack of self worth, my mind wanders back to her and I feel shitty. Just wander whether any of you have the same patterns... |

Hell yes! After it you saw it from the outside. It's mostly more an issue about yourself than about her... The key is to stay focused and see things still objectiv if you're already involved in a relationship. And that's not easy... |

yes. I think many of us experience that, buts its rally up to the individual if he'll going to be like that forever or he will try to get over it and find a new life discover and new him. |

Its always about You. You get into a relationship because YOU like her. May be your depression is anchored to the time that she left you. May be she was the first one who made you feel lack of selfworth hence everytime you exp. that feeling she comes to mind. |

If you put your self worth into something that doesn't believe in you, you are destined to hate yourself. Remove yourself from it. Maybe it will bring you down once in a while, we're not made of stone, but if its getting to you enough to post about it then I'm skeptical if you really got over it. |
