This is nothing to be worried about, more often than not it's an involuntary thing that happens during extreme pleasure/ecstacy - sometimes you just can't help it. Blocking out visual stimuli let's you focus on the emotional and physical feelings of what's going on with your body during sex, I do it all the time.
