Last night this girl I've been seeing asks me:

"So, have you slept with any of the girls that went to high school with me?"
"What year did you graduate?"
"99"
"I'm not sure about that class. Bring me an old yearbook and I'll tell you"
"Come on, just tell me one"
"Umm... you know Stephanie?"
"The blond one with blue eyes?"
"Yeah, that one"
"Anyone else?"
"I honestly can't remember right now"

Stephanie was the hottest girl from her class, btw.


Well, after that we had awesome sex. After we were done, she left (took a cab since I didn't want to drive her home).

This morning she came over at 7am, with some stupid excuse that she needed a couple of bucks to buy eggs. I was like "get your ass to my bed. I'm gonna fuck you." When I started to undress her she's like:

"Please tell me that you didn't sleep with Stephanie. I haven't stopped thinking about it since last night. Can't get it out of my head."

I'm like "I didn't sleep with Stephanie" even though I did sleep with her. Then I tell her "But please never ask me again who I have or haven't slept with". She's like "Yeah, it's probably a good idea".

So, did I do the right thing?

i think you created potential future problems for yourself by even being willing to go there and discuss that.

regardless of how 'this' interaction turned out, you have given her fodder for resentment or insults in the future.

remember, that to women...facts are bullets...they may not load them into the revolver and pull the trigger.........

you may have also chosen to just ignore it and playfully deflect into another subject, without having to divulge the name and identity of past sexual partners.

Short term you did the right thing---long term it could be a problem--in her girl brain she now tells herself--he told me he slept with stephanie when i asked him--in the future if someone asks him did he sleep with me he will tell them--so you lost on discretion--but its only a problem if u want her to stay around if u dont care it doesnt matter

I would normally agree with Mack; that its usually a bad idea to answer that question.

However considering the context you gave a better answer initially then no answer

however you really fucked up when you told her you didn't sleep with her as

1. you showed yourself as a lair

2. she told you specifically "I haven't stopped thinking about it since last night. Can't get it out of my head."

why in the world would you want to put her at ease to the detriment of easy pussy?

Well im sure she will bring it up again and this time just smile slyly, shrug and say "I don't wish to discuss it further, now bend over"

I'm normally a very honest and sincere guy myself which isn't inherently good game, in fact I make a conscious effort when i'm with girls to lie more and use more canned material tio counteract my natural AFC tendencys lest they rare their ugly heads.

That was dumb. You had nothing to gain by telling her you fucked one of her friends that was in the past.

My girlfriend asked me once before if I thought a friend of hers was prettier than she was and that she wouldn't get mad if I said yes.

First off the girl wasn't prettier than my girl so i didn't have to lie.
Second even if she was better looking there was nothing to gain by saying "Oh yeah she's prettier than you"
Me knowing that she's the jealous type that would have been suicide. I would have to deal with an angry girlfriend for who knows how long it just wasn't worth the headache.


I dont know why girls ask stupid questions like that when they know they can't handle the truth they just do...

That is EXACTLY what I say everygirl that gets involved with me. DON'T FUCKING ask question you don't want answered. I won't calibrate my answers to questions like this. I got from this post that it is ok to lie. I am just not one to go out of my way to do it but I am changing this about me.

No doubt it is not good to enter a large pattern of lies. But if a vibe is good and times are right then by all means fib if it makes her more comfortable with you. Your the man your in the lead.

I think that is right.
