I have this exact same issue. Definitely stop porn as it reduces sensitivity and arousal levels - see http://yourbrainonporn.com.

Alcohol and drugs can also cause delay ejaculation although I assume you are not smashed every time you see her.

The other thing is to forget about orgasm / ejaculation as the goal of sex. Go as far as to say you actually won't orgasm, try not to. When you take the pressure off and immerse yourself in the moment you will stop thinking distracting thoughts 'Why am I not cumming?' etc which hinder orgasm. You need to be completely relaxed and non goal orientated. Enjoy sex in itself.

Finally how is your lady finding the sex? Often the male orgasm is triggered by high arousal levels in the woman...

this is so true.

I have experienced this problem before and for me it related to a) not being that into them and b) they're arousal levels and how "in the moment" they seemed. Oh man I hear ya! I once dated a girl who found penetration initially very painful. I'm not huge down there but she was very tight. After a few mins she would be ok but the first few mins was always such a turn off for me. Sometimes it was impossible to stay aroused.
