When we first started seeing each other she always wrote words correctly, no shortcuts (you are ... see you later) and if she misspelled a word, she would send another txt with the word written correctly. 2 months have passed, and now it's "U r ... C u l8er" etc, and if she misspells a word, she doesn't give a fuck about it. What's up with this? |

that doens't 'necessarily' mean anything. i started doing that too. i go in modes. sometimes i'm grammar nazi. others i like to do txt-spk no biggie as long as she is responding and engaged, it's all good |

Every other topic in Relationship section is about your problems. I think it's the time to re-evaluate your relationship. Anyway... I would get annoyed if my GF wrote txts like this. I would tell her to grow up. And did. My bad... Only found 8 of your topics on first page. |

Just an update. I've been acting extremely alpha and aloof the past couple of days, like I wouldn't mind at all losing her. She's noticed. Truth is this skank would be doing me a favor if we stopped seeing each other. Can't figure out a way to tell her. Today she used 'obliged' instead of 'obligated' (Don't feel obligated to come) and a couple of minutes later she sent a new txt with the word 'obligated'. I tell you, you need to keep your woman in check, even with her grammar. If she's always been anal about grammar, and then starts getting sloppy, it's a sign that things are not going well. |

When you get in a relationship, you tend to text more, which means you start getting lazy at texting and start taking shortcuts. |
