Last night my girl told me having sex with anyone else would be pointless right now as it just wouldn't compare. So fully converted to the cause!

We hadn't defined our relationship at this point. I mentioned a girl I kiss & number closed in a bar the night before. She actually said that's ok. She asked me if I was going to go on a date with this other girl. She was jealous and upset but accepted it. I believe I could of rolled this easily into an open relationship. My player self thought that would be a cool step, the ultimate step in PUA. Let's build the harem.

But I realised this isn't what I want. I know it would hurt her. She would accept it (I presume this means she's in love) but it would hurt. If a girl falls in love with you it seems you can do as you please. So pitching an open relationship at this point seems to just be taking advantage of her natural biological desire to have one man.

Maybe I am just too into this girl for it. I don't want to do something that causes her pain. She said she would like to bring another girl into the bedroom in the future (she is bisexual & has experience with threesomes) which she mentioned quite early on in our relationshpip. Happy medium :)

How does a MLTR or open relationship make you feel?
Does the situation make you happy?
Can you only successfully go open with a girl who you never see as relationship material? i.e. you have dated but just see it as sex?

If she's willing to bring other women into the bedroom she's not in love with you. If she were in love with you, she wouldn't be "ok" with you hooking up with other girls.

Not saying she won't fall in love with you in the future, so if I were you I'd try to make that 3some happen as quick as possible. If she falls in love with you, it won't happen. Unless she's really insecure, and you are completely Alpha, and that means you can't fall in love with her. Actually, no feelings whatsoever towards her.

Yeah, me too. But just so you know what happened to me.

I was fucking this chick and had absolutely no interest in being in a relationship with her. She was just getting divorced, I was younger than her, etc.

I was fucking her brains out, though. We talked about a 3some since I had never had one before. One night we made a tape of us having sex. Nasty shit.

She was getting more and more into me.

Finally I convinced her to bring over her friend (her friend wanted to watch the video), who was even hotter than her. When things started getting hot, she pulled me away to the bathroom and told me "I don't want you to fuck her" and I told her no problem.

We fooled around, I fucked my friend, she came, and her friend said "ok, now it's my turn" and my friend said "I told him I didn't want him to fuck you" and she said "ok, no problem".

Moral of the story: if a woman starts developing feelings towards you, no matter if she's a skank, slut or bisexual, she won't want to share you with another woman... unless she's really insecure and thinks that's the only way she can keep you.

I wouldn't say that's true at all. Some people are polyamorous. I, for one , will never be in a monogamous relationship, again. I've been in LTR several times over the last decade since i made that my standard. I'm just honest with the people i date and am open to the possibility that a chick might just walk out of my arms the moment she knows i have a partner at home, or some cock on the side.

Frankly, i'd argue the only reason a girl wouldn't be ok with you fucking others is her insecurity. There are all kinds of reasons for that insecurity and most people cater to them by never even questioning monogamy. Monogamy creates a framework that gives people a safe space for their feelings; it's barely a conscious choice for most people. That in no way implies that it's the only safe space to have deep intimate partnership and love.

Well I've had one similar to this. Had an older girl I Dated for awhile. Long story short I got her best friend in the bed with us on a fri night and it turned into a whole weekend sexfest. When Sunday night came around my girls friend ended up adding something to her drink, I had no idea at the time. Thought maybe she had too much to drink, but she was out cold. Never seen her like that. The friend ended up telling me that she wanted me to her self and not to worry about my girl (at the time). But she was so bad off it pissed me off. Told the bitch to leave.
