It's psychology. You have a stimulus, that is always one of the sense's; so eyes, ear, touching a person or inner feeling, taste or smell. These stimuli elicit a feeling in the brain and in parts of your body. You have to realize that the goal is creating a feeling in a woman, because women are 'feeling human beings' . So every time you recall something;( she tastes, sees, feels etc) she gets the feeling you anchored again. if you want to figure out how buy a simple NLP book like NLP for dummies. Very good book it can really change your life. |

Typically; Elicit state while activating anchor. So: 1. Elicitation, something that leads her towards a state. 2. Anchor as the state is approaching it's peak. 3. Test/reinforce at later moments. It's part of the key that you provide the stimulus which is to become the anchor as she is going into the state, rather than while she is in it. If you think about it it will make sense. You want the anchor to trigger a response, and not vice-versa. |

think about something do you have a song or film that reminds you of someone or something like a certain song reminds you of a girl, thats an anchor, its based on ivan pavlovs work in which everyday when he fed his dog he rang a bell then one day he rung the bell and then the dogs mouths salivated expecting to be fed, there was no connection logically except for the association. ill give you an example my dad kept saying he couldnt get to sleep so i asked him about the last time he got a good sleep as he got into depth i tapped his shoulder then before he went to bed 7 hours later he was getting ready to go to bed so i discreetly tapped him on the shoulder and he had the best nights sleep in ages i repeated this several times everynight over 3 or 4 days and he got over his insomnia |
