| Post subject: | how to get rid of anger issues towards others? |
ive realised Im angry at the people around me because in the past i know/ i thought i knew who they were.. without them knowing me, simply because everytime i see someone they always ask questions about my friends not about me, everytime i see these kinds of people they would always act like they were my friends, they would talk to me only about my friends not as me as a person. now this have caught up with me and Im just realising this now. this would be for innergame but i would like to know if i can hypnotise myself into being a peaceful person like i used to be? any advice? |
