Neuro-Lingustic Programming (NLP) is not exclusive to seduction, it was devised as a method for therapy and how to be more effective at communication and persuasion. Anchoring is a technique which is part of NLP, used for making a direct association between an emotion/feeling (outcome) and a word/gesture/state (stimulus). It is known in Psychology as classical conditioning. If you are speaking normally with someone, and then all of a sudden drop your voice to a 'hypnotic' tone, make slow and obvious gestures whilst speaking like a creep, you will get nowhere (probably). It is not something that is brought up, it is an ongoing process throughout the conversation. Some naive or frightened people will tell you not to play around with this until you know it down pat, but thats bullshit. No real damage can come to someone via NLP due to a newbie trying it out, so don't feel too worried (this applies if your intent is, of course, not malicious or cruel.) I would recommend Introducing NLP by Joseph O'Connor followed by a quality and regulation-board approved NLP Practitioner course. This is the only true way to get a strong grasp of NLP. If your intent is purely for seduction, pick up Ross Jeffries' Speed Seduction 3.0 kit. Outlines the basics of hypnosis/trance for seduction, granted he has drifted a little further away from the technology and more into energy work. This is also effective. |
