Hello everyone, Ive been studying NLP and conversational hypnosis for a long time, but my problem is actually putting it to use. I realize that the best way to to practice is to slowly integrate embedded commands into your language and keep building and using different techniques. The problem lies in remembering to throw the embedded command in to the conversatio and actually applying the technique to topic of the conversation. what do you guys suggest? |

try some meditation or you know something calms your mind and lets you goes less on automatic patterns of behavior or next time on sarge(or whatever) tell yourself you going to use embedded commands and really mean it. I'm keep my promises so that's what I do and those work for me. |
