Hello Speed Seducers ! I got a little question for you. What kind of meditation, and breathing exercises do you do before sarging. And I ask that cause I am confused. There are some breathing exercises in the Ross Jeffries web site. There are some breathing exercises in Beyond Confidence and there is trird breathing exercise in the SS Home Study Course 3.0 Deluxe (in the bonus tapes). I recently found out that and now I wonder which one do you practice before sarging. |
